Community Activation: Creating Resilience for Effective Change (In Person)
Best part: Pick Your Price…we are budget flexible!
We can either fracture economically, politically, racially, socially, religiously OR we can get past the polarities and really co-create as a community what it means to show up both to give help, and to ask for it when we need it.
This is a time where our truest power will come from a new way to be together in community. Some of this comes down to knowing more about how our brains work to connect and divide us. Some of this comes down to being in the same room together with strangers.
In our community activation series we will be creating community through education, dialogue, interpersonal engagement, and activities.
This January session focuses on what it takes to build and support resilience for personal and community change.
Be ready for some nervous system education, some discussion around how each of us can take authentic actions to shape our community rather than waiting for community to shape us, and some group exercises.
You’ll gain:
- Insight into what you can do to support your own ability to create authentic action
- A group experience of partner reflections and community support
- Real time practice using a Neurosculpting meditation to create nervous system and emotional resilience
This is for you if:
- You crave community a different way
- You are heart broken over the state of the world
- You are ready to meet people willing to make changes
- You are curious about how we can grow together in community
- You are seeking an engaging place to expand your mind and open your heart
- You are wanting to share time and space with people in person
- You are curious about the brain states that lead to generosity
