Harmony in Stillness: Yin Yoga meets Live Piano (In Person Only)
Join us for a transformative evening as we blend the meditative depths of yin yoga with the soul-stirring sounds of live classical piano. Guided by experienced yoga instructor Anthony Sosa, this class will invite you into deep relaxation and introspection. Each pose will be beautifully complemented by the gentle, expressive touch of pianist Beth Blaskovich, whose classical pieces will provide a serene soundscape to support your practice.
What to Expect
Deep Stretching and Release: Yin yoga encourages long holds and mindful relaxation, helping you release tension and connect with inner stillness.
Live Classical Piano: Beth Blaskovich will play a curated selection of soothing classical pieces, infusing each moment with emotion and harmony.
Mindfulness and Presence: Anthony Sosa will guide you to tune into your breath, release stress, and embrace the tranquility of the present moment.
