Experience deep relaxation, emotional release, and embodied awareness through the combined power of Breath Work and Yin Yoga.
Guided by Anthony Sosa, these practices help regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and create a sense of spaciousness in both body and mind—allowing for greater balance, clarity, and inner connection.
Experience the healing vibrations of our signature crystal bowl sound bath, where wind gongs, koshi chimes, a thunder drum, and rain sticks create a rich, resonant soundscape. This full-spectrum experience surrounds you in soothing frequencies, inviting deep relaxation and emotional renewal.
As sound waves move through you, their vibrations help clear energy blockages, ease stress, and restore balance. Let the power of sound guide you into a mindful calm, offering space for personal healing and rejuvenation.
Step into a 360-degree world of art and sound with multi-surface projection and Dolby Atmos spatial technology. This fully immersive installation blends visuals and sound to create a deeply transformative, multisensory journey.
Designed to heighten presence and emotional connection, this experience enhances your retreat, guiding you into profound states of awareness and inner exploration.
