Join us for this 5 class progressive series in person AND online through the month of August.
This will be a progressive series to learn how to master the art of your breath by unlocking all the inherent health benefits of the incredible energy in breathing. Through SOMA breathwork you will learn how to harness the wide-ranging benefits of breathwork by practicing reduced rhythmical breathing, proper breathing patterns, and adaptive breath retentions. As well as through Neurosculpting how to use movement to regulate stress, immediately change your physical state, and begin to use your ability for neuroplasticity for greater overall well-being. Each class will build on itself as you learn and familiarize yourself with the breathing practice, and you will have the opportunity to have access to the recordings for your own personal use and ongoing development to have lifelong tools to take your health and well-being into the power of your own hands.
