Lunchtime Neurosculpting and Meditation with Anthony Sosa, M.A., B.A., CNSF, RYT

Join our new offering of a weekly Neurosculpting class. You will have the opportunity to have direct access to learning Neurosculpting and practicing the power of self-directed neuroplasticity right in your own hands alongside others in a community-oriented way.
Each class will have the following curriculum:
- Learning the 9 key principles of Neurosculpting through a short
digestible brain talk. - Practicing nervous system regulating tools adding to your toolbox for
managing stress and creating immediate calm. - Practicing neuroplasticity amplifiers with intelligent and playful
somatic movements to bring greater focus and learning. - Experiencing a fresh Neurosculpting 5-Step meditation every week.
If you are interested and you are willing to dedicate this time to yourself then join us live every Thursday from 12:15pm-1pm MST.

About Anthony
Anthony is a passionate scientist-practitioner for harnessing the healing power of science and physical movement, along with diverse spiritual traditions for the purpose of supporting others in not only knowing, but fully feeling connected to oneself, loved ones, friends, social communities, the environment, and Mother Nature, as well as the stars constituting the whole living Universe.
Anthony earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physics with a concentration in Astrophysics with minors in Mathematics and Psychology from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator (CNSF), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a mindful grieving yoga therapy facilitator, and a Master’s Degree for Mental Health Counseling in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program from Naropa University, in Boulder, Colorado.
