Rattlesnake Breathwork to Unlock Your Energy
February 2 @ 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm MST
An event every week that begins at 6:15 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Join us for this NEW weekly drop in breath work class. We’ll be taking you on a journey to understand the physiology of the breath, how to use it to regulate the nervous system, and to unlock your body’s natural energy. This class is for anyone, no experience necessary. If you breathe, we want you here!
The rattlesnake archetype is about clear and concise thought, which can keep us in our head a little more often than needed. Using ancient breathwork practices, this class is designed to help you oxygenate every part of your body and to let go of thought, even for just a moment.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a curious mind.
