Break free from self-sabotage patterns and create true mind-body alignment through an immersive retreat integrating the 7-phase Congruence Path, Neurosculpting®, yoga, sound healing, and embodied practices.
July 29th – August 2nd
Loveland, Colorado

Over five curated days, you’ll move through integrated Congruence Path education, framework and experiences, each stacking to support applicable, meaningful change.
Each day unfolds in a structured yet spacious rhythm that supports regulation, repetition, and integration.
Nothing feels rushed. Nothing feels forced.
The schedule gives your system time to build safety, coherence, and resilience from the inside out.
Whether you are early in your self-growth journey or have years of practice behind you, Congruence meets you where you are.
Here, you awaken your capacity for lasting change.
This retreat is about creating change that holds when you go home. A new internal baseline your nervous system can return to again and again.
The 7-Phase Congruence Path is designed to give you common language and deeper insight into your nervous system. Learn and practice Neurosculpting®, a science-based meditation method that supports neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, and stress resilience.
Over five days, you will:
Lisa’s teaching blends neuroscience, compassion, and real-world application, making the work accessible, grounded, and effective.
Deep relaxation, emotional release, and embodied awareness through the combined power of breath work and yin yoga.
Guided by Anthony Sosa, these practices regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and create spaciousness in both body and mind, allowing for greater balance, clarity, and inner connection.
Through these sessions, you:
These practices complement the cognitive work by allowing your body to integrate change gently and safely.
Crystal singing bowls, wind gongs, koshi chimes, thunder drum, and rain sticks create a rich vibrational environment that supports deep rest and integration. These immersive sound sessions invite your nervous system to settle, allowing the brain and body to absorb the work at a deeper level.
Sound healing sessions support:
These sessions help the work land gently, giving your system space to integrate without effort or analysis.
The retreat center provides three all-inclusive meals each day, crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients to nourish both body and spirit. With produce harvested at its peak from on-site gardens and nearby farms, every dish is thoughtfully prepared to promote wellness and support your healing journey.
Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to support:
The kitchen team prepares nutrient-rich, balanced meals with care, offering a variety of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and high-quality, grass-fed meat options. Each meal is made with the freshest, most sustainable ingredients available.
