Join us for an evening of sound healing and relaxation. Give your nervous system the gift of a sound bath. Crystal bowls, kochi chimes, and elemental instruments create a serene and restorative soundscape for your body’s deepest restoration.

Important Logistics:
We are located on the second floor of a walk-up. We have no elevator. We have two pay parking lots available for our venue.

Do I have to bring my own mat or chair?
We have some yoga mats, and plenty of chairs, blankets and cushions. But if you prefer your own you are welcome to bring it.

Will I have to participate in any group exercises?
No

Is this amplified or acoustic?
This is an acoustic sound bath. However even though there's no amplification sound can sometimes get loud so you are welcome to bring ear plugs if you are very sensitive.

Is there an age limit?
No. We welcome all ages but we do ask for quiet during the experience.
