Guided by experienced yoga teacher Anthony Sosa, this class offers you a portal into stillness, inner connection, and profound relaxation—perfect for unwinding, recharging, and expanding your awareness.

What to Expect

• Deep Stretching and Release: Yin yoga encourages long holds and mindful relaxation, helping you release tension, enhance flexibility and connect with inner stillness of body and mind.
• Rhythmical Breathwork and Breath Retention: SOMA breathwork is a sequence of breathwork techniques combined with brainwave music that awaken dormant powers of the mind, supercharging and purifying your nervous system for more energy, vitality, flow state, and balanced moods.
• Surrender and Presence: Anthony Sosa will guide you to tune into the sacredness of your breath, tap into greater presence, and the embody the tranquility of the present moment through co-created community experience.
