Denise Iten is a Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator  and Bodyworker with nearly 20 years of experience in the healing field. Originally from Switzerland, Denise is bilingual in English and German and brings a deep curiosity about the brain, nervous system, and the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, respond, and relate to the world around us.

Her journey into Neurosculpting began following a traumatic head injury that left her experiencing several months of significant anxiety.

Through Neurosculpting , learning to understand and work with her own nervous system, Denise used the tools (still does) that have supported her not only with anxiety and stress, but also with interpersonal relationships, emotional reactions, and long-standing patterns of thinking and responding. This personal experience influences the way she works with others: with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that our patterns often develop for a reason—and can be gently reshaped.

Denise believes Neurosculpting can be beneficial for all people, she has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and limiting thought patterns, and a more supportive relationship with themselves.

Through guided Neurosculpting meditations and practices, Denise helps clients explore how the brain and nervous system can learn new patterns of response. Sessions offer practical tools for becoming more aware of automatic reactions, creating meaningful change through intentional practice and neuroplasticity.

Denise offers private sessions and small group Neurosculpting practices online, creating a supportive and accessible space for clients to explore their individual goals and experiences.

Outside of her work, Denise loves spending time in nature and taking photographs. Dance and movement have also been a meaningful part of her life for many years and continue to weave into both her personal life and professional training.
