It is my great honor and pleasure to serve as a Neurosculpting® Facilitator and to weave this powerful modality into the holistic wellness work I offer.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003 and am a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences and the IM Healing Arts School. Over the years, I have continued to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection, and I hold certifications as a Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Master Life & Wellness Coach, along with extensive continuing education within each of these disciplines.
When I discovered Neurosculpting®, its whole-brain, whole-body approach immediately resonated with me. The 5-Step Neurosculpting® meditation entrainment process expanded my meditation and self-care practices in profound ways, offering powerful tools to better understand and regulate my nervous system while supporting meaningful transformation. As my own practice evolved, I recognized that I had already begun—almost intuitively—to integrate many of these principles into my work with students, clients, and my community.
I became a certified Neurosculpting® Facilitator in 2020, and sharing this work has become one of the most meaningful aspects of my practice. I integrate Neurosculpting® into yoga classes, therapeutic massage sessions, and wellness coaching to support clients and students in regulating their nervous systems and creating lasting change.
Becoming certified during the pandemic felt like divine timing. In a world that can often feel unpredictable and overwhelming, learning to work with the nervous system is one of the most empowering gifts we can offer ourselves. My intention is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience so you can move through pain, grief, stress, and life transitions with greater ease, awareness, and compassion.
Whether you are looking to release old patterns, work through emotional blocks, relieve physical discomfort, or simply maintain a healthier, more balanced and regulated nervous system, Neurosculpting® offers a hopeful and compassionate path forward. Many clients find that this work helps them feel calmer, more grounded, more joyful, and better equipped to navigate life with clarity and resilience.
Together, we can explore what you are experiencing and create a personalized approach that supports your growth and well-being.
I live and work in St. Joseph, Michigan, where I offer Neurosculpting® sessions both in person at my Body Brain Balance studio and virtually via Zoom.
It would be both my privilege and honor to work with you, learn your story, and support you on your journey toward greater balance, clarity, and well-being.
