If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last twenty years, it’s that we are all capable of so much more than we sometimes realize—and when our inner landscape shifts, the world around us can begin to shift with us.
My path here has been a rich journey through entrepreneurship, corporate management, customer relations, and the care of high-end assets. Along the way, I’ve also expressed my love of interior design, professional organizing and found meaning through community volunteer work.
Through every chapter, Neurosculpting® has been one of the tools I’ve used to navigate the way forward.
I began practicing Neurosculpting nearly two decades ago, along with other forms of meditation, initially to manage stress and cultivate greater mental clarity. Over time, Neurosculpting became much more than a meditation practice. It became a practical way for me to understand my brain, recognize patterns, and consciously create new ways of responding to life.
In 2024, I made that lifelong practice official by becoming a Certified Neurosculpting® Facilitator, trained under founder Lisa Wimberger.
Today, I offer this powerful practice to help clients develop greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and a sense of agency in their lives.
One area that is especially meaningful to me is supporting adults and
children before and after medical procedures. I create personalized meditations designed to help my clients work with anticipatory anxiety and the uncertainty that can surround medical experiences. For children, this might mean using gentle imagery and age-appropriate language to help transform a high-stress experience, such as a dental visit, into something that feels more familiar, manageable, and empowering—for both children and parents.
Whether we’re preparing your mind for an upcoming procedure, navigating a challenging transition, softening the effects of daily stress, or helping you reconnect with your own sense of agency, I’m here to give you practical tools to navigate your journey.
Because it’s not about escaping difficult circumstances.
It’s about developing an internal resource that helps you meet them differently.
